My role
We built the company in Uzbekistan from the ground up, from our first market studies to a team of 25 working across offices, shopping centres, warehouses, hotels, and land.
As CEO, I am responsible for strategy, key clients, and research. I personally lead conceptual and strategic projects, from Tashkent City to real estate portfolio development programmes. We have built our own market intelligence system, a database of properties, transactions, and rates that underpins all of the company’s research.

Concepts and research
Market analysis, concepts for shopping centres and mixed-use developments, and repositioning of existing properties.
Investment and valuation
Asset acquisitions and disposals, debt and equity raising, and valuations in accordance with IVS and RICS standards.
Hotels and tourism
Hotel project concepts, operational hotel audits, and selection of international operators.
Construction project management
Technical due diligence, construction supervision, and support through commissioning.

Property and facility management, management company audits, and technical operations.
