About the speaker
Denis Sokolov is CEO of Commonwealth Partnership Uzbekistan (CMWP), FRICS, a member of the Board of Directors and Chair of the Real Estate Committee at AmCham Uzbekistan. He has over 30 years of experience in market research and advisory, including 18 years at Cushman & Wakefield, where he was a Partner and Head of Research for Eastern Europe.
As a speaker, Denis explains where a market stands in its cycle and which strategies work at each stage — for investors, developers, banks, and public authorities. He has spoken at the Tashkent International Investment Forum, MIPIM, QazProperty, Move Forum, CREW Central Asia, INNOPROM, the Uzbekistan–US Economic Summit, and conferences hosted by AmCham, RBC, and Vedomosti.
As a moderator, Denis chairs plenary and panel sessions in Russian and English, keeping the discussion focused, on schedule, and directed towards practical conclusions. He moderated a session on urban development at the Tashkent International Investment Forum, the opening session of CREW Central Asia, and a panel session at UzBuild.
